How Refunds Work

- If work has started: We’ll review what’s been completed and offer a partial refund depending on how much has been done.
- If we can’t deliver as promised: You’ll get a full refund or the option to reschedule or adjust the service.
A Few Things to Keep in Mind
- Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.
- If the work was mostly completed and matched what was agreed upon, we might offer a partial refund or credit for future services.
- Paid advertising costs (like ad spend on Google, Facebook, etc.) are not refundable since those go directly to the platform.
